The LA/OC chapter of the HMCEN held its a lunch-time meeting on Friday, May 18 in Santa Monica.
The meeting was well-attended on a beautiful day and we all had a nice lunch and listened to a couple of pitches,
David Coats, ’08, pitched his drone-based rust-detection technology (kind of hard to explain .. see for yourself at https://minexweb.wordpress.com).
Harry Cooke ’17 came back to pitch Thea Health, a brand new eConsult platform that streamlines care coordination between primary care practitioners and specialists. You can find more at https://www.theahealth.com/.
Finally, Paul Frankel, data scientist at City of Hope, pitched a seed-level technology that offers to lower the cost of clinical trials for food additive health products.
Thanks to all for coming and if you missed it we hope to see you next time.
